"Messy store and unnecessary hassle"
I stopped in recently and the place felt messy. The floors looked like they needed a good clean, and there were random things left in the aisles, which made it harder to get around than it should’ve been. The layout was confusing too, so I spent way too long trying to find basic stuff. The staff were fine, but the whole shopping experience felt like an unnecessary hassle.
"Loyalty points are a bit underwhelming"
I’ve ordered from elverys.ie a few times and, to be fair, the shopping experience itself has been grand. The products and delivery have been fine for me. I just don’t really get much value from the loyalty programme. The points build up slowly, and it feels like you have to spend a lot before getting anything useful back. It’s a nice idea, but as a regular customer it doesn’t feel all that rewarding.
"Was worried it might be inaccurate, but it was mostly right"
I’m always a little nervous with online stock because I don’t want to show up and feel like I got fooled, but this was accurate. The items matched what the site said for the most part, except one size was missing. Still, not bad overall.

Trying to swap for a different size took way longer than I expected, and the staff didn’t really seem able to help much. It just felt more stressful than it needed to be, if that makes sense.

"Delivery took a little longer than I thought"
I ordered from Elverys and everything did show up fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. The delivery was just slower than I expected, though maybe I was expecting it too fast because most things seem to arrive quickly these days. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not exactly quick. I’d probably order again, but only if I didn’t need it urgently.

Got exactly what I ordered, so that was nice. Nothing was missing, everything was packed fine, and I was mostly just glad the order was right. It did show up a day later than they said, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, straightforward experience...

"Decent support, just not the fastest"
I ordered a pair of runners from elverys.ie and when they arrived the sizing wasn’t quite right, which was a bit frustrating because I’d been looking forward to wearing them. Anyway, I got onto customer support and they did reply, but it took a couple of days, so I was kind of checking my emails more than I wanted to.
To be fair, they were polite and they did get the return sorted in the end. I did have to chase it up once myself, which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a terrible experience either. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if I found something I liked, but hopefully the support side would move a bit quicker next time.

"Something felt a bit off with my order"
I ordered a pair of runners from elverys.ie, and to be honest, I wasn’t totally happy when they showed up. The box looked a bit bashed up, and the labels didn’t quite match what I’m used to seeing on similar pairs I’ve bought before.
I’m not saying they were definitely fake or anything, but something just felt off about the quality and finish. Customer service was fine enough, but I still don’t feel fully confident about the product, so I’d probably be a bit cautious before ordering again

They’ve got a good range of brands and sizes, and I did eventually find what I needed. It wasn’t too bad, but I had to put in more effort than I expected to sort through everything.

"Tracking was mostly accurate, but the wait was annoying"
The tracking was spot on for the most part, and my order did show up around when it said it would, just maybe an hour later. I’ll admit, waiting around that extra time was a bit frustrating, especially since I was trying to plan my day around it. But the updates were clear enough, and there wasn’t any confusion or hassle. Overall, I’m happy with how it went

"Stock info didn’t quite match up"
Bit annoying, honestly. The website said the shoes were in stock, so I went ahead and ordered them, but then I got an email later saying they couldn’t actually get them. I had to wait for the refund and start looking elsewhere, which was a bit of a hassle. I’m sure it wasn’t a huge issue on their end, but it would definitely help if the stock info was kept more up to date

"Reminded me why friendly service matters"
I popped into the shop and felt a bit ignored while I was there. Maybe it was just a busy moment, but it reminded me of places my mum used to avoid because the staff made you feel like you were bothering them. A little friendliness would’ve made the visit much better

i’ve ordered from elverys.ie a few times now and the delivery has been reliable every time. my latest order showed up exactly when they said it would, with no hassle or need to chase anything. the tracking was useful too. happy enough with the whole thing and i’d definitely order again

"Really not helpful..."
I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I only asked a simple question, but the replies I got were really short and didn’t help at all... it felt like they just couldn’t be bothered. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from elverys.ie again if that’s how they deal with customers

"Sizing advice was way off"
I went in asking for help with sizing on a pair of runners and was told they fit fine, so I trusted it. They seemed okay in the shop, I guess, but after wearing them once my toes were absolutely wrecked. Disappointing, honestly. Maybe it was just bad luck, but yeah, not exactly thrilled

"I tried paying twice and the checkout..."
I tried paying twice and the checkout page just kept freezing on me. At one point my basket even emptied itself, which was completely unnecessary and really frustrating. After messing around with it for a while, I gave up in the end. Not a great experience...

"I thought click and collect would make things..."
I thought click and collect would make things easier, like I’d just order online, pop in, grab my stuff, and leave. But it ended up being awkward and slow. I had to figure out where to go, wait around with no clear update, ask a couple of people for help, then stand there while they looked for the order. It felt like one of those things that sounds convenient, like self-checkout, mobile tickets, or ordering coffee ahead, but somehow still takes longer than just doing it the normal way. I wouldn’t bother using it again...

"Good gear overall, happy with it"
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of runners from elverys.ie and, yeah, both turned up looking pretty much like they did in the photos. The hoodie feels nice and thick too, and the stitching looks solid enough.
The runners were a little firm at first, but after a few wears they’re actually really comfy. Sizing was spot on for me as well, which is always a relief, you know?
Only knocking off a star because the box arrived a bit battered, but thankfully the stuff inside was totally fine. So, overall, I’m happy enough and I’d buy from them again.
